Eva Carneiro in court
BBC:

Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has appeared at a tribunal hearing for her constructive dismissal case against the Premier League champions.

The 42-year-old is suing the club for constructive dismissal and breach of contract.

The private hearing is taking place at London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon, during which the parties could agree to come to a settlement.

Chelsea filed their defence in the tribunal hearing in December.

There is a separate but connected legal claim against former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho for alleged discrimination.

Absolutely zero interest in this. Who gives a fuck.

She doesn't really want a public apology and she won't get one from someone as arrogant as Mourinho. She knows that. This is simply a ploy to get more money in a pre-trial settlement. I also predict that we won't be told the exact figure, and that she will agree to be bound by a gagging clause. Everything has its price when the defendants are obscenely wealthy.

She could of course have been mitigating her losses by taking an NHS job since August. No doubt she was too traumatised to even consider it.

Running on the pitch my arse.

Has the whiff of someone shagging someone, and someone else getting the shits about it to me.

IF he was smart, he'd have apologized long ago. This can't be helping his case at Manchester United. I can't see Bobby Charlton, already one of his biggest opponents, looking on this too favourably.

Do me a favour, who hasn't done their job and had some moody boss still give you shit. She wasn't sacked, she walked out. You don't quit and then go crying to the courts unless your only motive is money.
The male doctor who was also criticised for going on. What is he doing? Is he getting on with his job and life or blubbing on social media and claiming compensation for being told off.

Don't matter if it's football or road sweeping she tried to defuse the situation and was humiliated again. If she'd had been a male doctor/physio no way would she have been treated like it.

Mourinho is a bully and always has been, he manages to get in 2 seasons of aggressive man management before the players realise they don't have to be spoken to that way.

What's sad is that he will walk in to Old Trafford and do it again for 2 years no doubt win the league/champions league and be lauded. It's a results business after all!!

Not that simple though, is it? She was beckoned on by the ref - as he is required to do, in his judgment - and she did her job. Then Bourinho criticises her in public for doing her job. Then he bans her from doing her job and demotes her? I hope she takes them for all money possible.

Hazard should have been the problem for feigning injury. Mourinho had nothing to say about that, did he??

I don't want to see the gold digger win a penny. Not anything to do with Chelsea or Jose but think it sets a bad precedent.
You get told off at work, get upset and walk out and then claim constructive dismissal and demand loads of money.
Hope she wastes all her own money on this ridiculous case and loses.

Having a forced apology is actually humiliating to the apologiser, so there is a lot of value in that

Apologising when you don't mean it is humiliating if you've got any self-respect.

Teachers in my day knew this, and did they play on it

an apology that is made to be given is pointless so to insist on one is pathetic

As much I'd love to see her win shed loads off Chelsea and Jose, her demanding an apology off him is just massively pathetic
